Will AKL concierge help with this.....

We are planning a trip for Dec and will stay at hopefully more than one resort. Here is the plan we will be spending 2 night at one of the downtown hotels then move to the AKL Concierge for 2 nights(hoping to do the sunrise safari)then 2 night AKL in a regular room and then on to the BWV for 6 nights. My question is will they help me get a reservation for Cindy's breakfast(tring to avoid the early morning calling)for a date later in the week or do we have to go one of the 2 days we're book at the concierge level. Thanks for your help.

Concierge services only extend to the dates that you are booked there. If you need a Cinderella's Royal Table reservation for a date that is outside your concierge stay you will need to book that on your own.

Staying concierge level dosen't guarantee that even they will be able to get you a table at the CRT breakfast.

AKL concierge will only try for ressies for CRT while you're a concierge guest. Also, all of the concierges on property NEVER promise a CRT ressie. All three times I've stayed concierge at WDW, everytime, I've been told that they can't guarantee that ressie. I should also call myself to ensure a ressie, if I really want one. If you really want one, you'll have to call yourself. They used to set aside tables at CRT for concierge guests, but they have since stopped the practice. The concierges have as much luck of getting a CRT ressie as anybody else.

I'm only going off info I have seen on these boards but by December AKL may change the rules and require a minimum night stay in Concierge to do the SS. I would check and see if they do this before you go-so that you can change your reservation accordingly.

I just don't want you to not know if this does happen-I thought I heard that they were going to make the minimum 3 nights.

We stayed AKL concierge in November and they were able to get a PS for us at Cindy's.

I saw in a previous post that tables are not reserved for concierge guests any longer. I don't know if this is new since November but in November they did have tables reserved for concierge guests.

We had a mix up with our PS and the AKL concierge explained how things worked with regards to CRT. Apparently, the concierge will check for a PS 60 days out. I had two dates I was trying for. Concierge had no luck getting a PS at 60 days out. However, they told me that they were very likely to get a PS at 14 days out. They warned me that I would probably get charged for deposits for both days because it was extremely likely that I would get both of the PS that I wanted.

They told me that there are 7 tables reserved at CRT for concierge guests. Somebody at concierge at GF is in charge of these reservations. At 14 days out, each of the concierges sends an e-mail to the person at GF. The person at the GF then confirms the request, confirms it for a different time on that date, or denies the request.

I'm not sure if they are always the same 7 tables but I felt like ours was one of the best in the place. It was right next to a window with a view of the carousel and Dumbo.
