Just trying to figure out if they will like it or not? We are doing disney and staying at FW. Thought about driving up to Universal but dont know what park they would enjoy more and if maybe they would like both??? My kids both love the Nickelodeon channel. Thanks

my 4 year old son loves both parks and you will find a lot more for them to do than you think-at US he loves ET,Men in Black all the playgrounds with the water and the little roller coaster not to mention all the characters-and at IOA there the whole seuss landing and jurassic park play area, popeye, ect. he really had a good time at both parks

I am sure they will both love the parks.

Take a change of clothing for them as there are loads of wet rides and wet play areas. There are quite a few rides aimed particularly at younger ones which you can enjoy too.

We just came back from 2 weeks at Universal....

I have a four year old ( will be five in a few days), and a seven year old, (who will be eight in 3 months)

They loved it... they did not even mention Disney!

My son said Universal ROCKS! He loved MIB, Back to the Future, Dr. Doom, Terminator, he even loved the Makeup show and of course Spiderman (he's the seven year old) And the Fievel playland, and the Curious George playland

The four year old (girl) loved Spiderman, Dr. Suess, the Woody Woodpecker fun zone. ET ride, BTTF, and of course MIB as well.

I just want to agree with what the other posters here said. When we went a year and a half ago, my two younger sons (then ages almost 4 and 7-and-a-half), both LOVED both parks! My older son loved MIB and BTTF, the younger one loved ET and the play areas, both loved Jurrasic Park at IOA, Dr. Seuss, SpiderMan. All three of my kids loved watching the huge slime fountain erupt outside Nickelodeon studios, and since they're huge Nick fans, they were thrilled just to be there. These are both just great parks for kids this age (and also have plenty for older kids too)! I also agree with the advice about bringing some dry clothes; you can get very wet at these parks. (Oh, almost forgot, I don't even know if this attraction is still open, but my 7-year-old freaked on Twister at Universal. Wow. Very loud and very intense and he did NOT enjoy it. On the other hand, my then-10-year-old loved it and did it three times. Just a word of warning if your kids are sensitive to things like that).

Last Fall we took our son who was 7 at the time. He's very adventure movie minded and loved both USF & IOA. In fact he never wants to go anywhere but those two places ever again.

I'm not sure about the 4 year old but the 8 year old will love it.

My four year old loved Jurassic Park ride, and the Dudley Do Right, and Spiderman, and even the Terminator Ride... Shes one tough cookie!
