Does anyone live near here or vacation here frequently? Our dd might be in a competition in Wildwood next year, and we were wondering what it is like. We'd have to spend 4-5 nights, and much of our time would be spent with the competition stuff, though I'd sure we'd have some free time.
Overall, is it an expensive place to eat and play? I imagine that we'd have to stay at the same hotel as her team, but I'm hoping to eat cheap if possible. I have to save $$ for WDW! LOL
Are there any interesting/historical places to visit nearby?

, because of the boards.
LOL! It's a fantastic zoo! It's small, but the animals are well kept. I love the zoo. Lots of peacocks, both white and usual, roam the grounds. And you get to see lots of tamarins and marmosets.
