Wilderness Villas to Kouzzina on Disney Transportation

You can take a bus or the boat over to MK and then hop on a Boardwalk bus from there.

There are several options but you can
1. Take a bus to AK, studios or Downtown Disney and transfer to a Boardwalk bus.
2. Take the water craft to MK and then take a bus to boardwalk.

Or if its a nice day, take the bus to DHS, and then walk to the Boardwalk. Maybe a 15 minute walk. Or if you are in Epcot, you can walk over from the International Gateway. It all depends on where you are going to be that day.
Or you could take the Friendship boat from either location instead of walking.

Good advice from StitchLover (despite the questionable name) :goodvibes

If you're tight for time, or just don't want the extra hassle, grab a cab. It should be significantly less than $15 and you'll be there in 10 minutes. :car:

Thanks for the suggestions. We are a party of 7 so the cab gets expensive for us. I am trying to figure out a good kick-off dinner for our first night at Disney and thought the Boardwalk would be fun. But we will be Universal most of the day so don't want to have too much hassle getting to dinner. I'm worried about our Ohana ADR (recent bad reviews) but since 'inconsistent' is the norm for most Disney restaurants we might just stick with it and hope for the best.

It's right about the consistancy of Ohana's but check out the firework schedule at MK for the night and try to book 1 hour or less before the fireworks. When you get to the podium request a window seat. At the time of the fireworks they will lower the lights and play music. Sometimes it takes a liitle atmosphere to make the food taste better.

I have a similar situation except we will be there for Breakfast before EPCOT opens (so we cant use the international gateway)

I was told to take our resort bus to DHS and then walk the mile to the Boardwalk area.

If you don't want to walk a mile from DHS to Boardwalk take your resort bus to the nearest Park and then grab the Boardwalk bus from there. With all the walking you already do I wouldn't be signing up for a one mile walk first thing in the morning.

You can also ride the Friendship boats from DHS to the Boardwalk. There's no need to walk, unless you want to.

Last time I was at WV I took the bus to DHS and walked - if your group does not mind walking this may be a good way to go - scenic and relaxing. And of course there is always the boat - but I find that if I walk I usually beat the boat to Boardwalk
