Wilderness resort BrdPKRO

So we are staying at a cabin at Fort Wilderness and the reservation says BrdPKRO room only

Anyone know what that means? I know the RO is room only but I'm confused about the rest.

Those codes only mean something to the bean counters at WDW. We've booked identical trips with my parents; same resort, same root type, same dates, same discount, booked the same day, etc and we both had different codes.
