I made a great discovery today - that WL is value season later in July. This makes a big difference to me and I need all the info I can get on this resort.

1. How are the beds - comfy and big enough for 2 Pooh sized people?
2. How likely am I to be able to get AP rate?
3. How is transportation? - have seen a lot of mixed reviews on this one.
4. Can someone describe what the air conditioning in the room is like, that is what type of unit and whether it is noisy/
5. Finally - any great room numbers out there (that you're keeping a secret)?

Hi, let me see if I can answer some of your questions:

1) The beds are Queen size and while I'm not Pooh sized yet (working on it) my DH is and I still have plenty of room.

2) WL is very popular so when the AP's come out I would be calling with my dates ready, maybe even a second date option ready (sometimes one night can block your entire stay) I have done split stays to get most the nights with AP then maybe only one night a rack-rate. Most of the time you just need a little Pixie Dust.

3) Transportation...while I have never had any trouble with either the bus or boat service I have read where others have, I can tell you that the only time I have gotten irritated had to do with the bus to DTD...having used the DTD bus from other resorts now, the long waits seem to occur at each resort.

4) The Air Conditioning/Heating system has a thermostat located in each room that controlls the unit. I have never found it to be noisy, but like at home you can tell when the unit comes on.

5) Room locations will depend on what type view you book.
