Wilderness Lodge ???

We'll be staying at Wildreness Lodge thru DVC in a couple of weeks. Is getting to Trails End, Fort Wilderness walkable? Thanks.

Although it is walkable you may prefer to take the boat. If you take the boat you will be dropped just minutes away form Trail's End!

During the daylight hours the walk from Wilderness Lodge is a great experience. We have made the journey many times. You will always be suprised at the wildlife you will see. If you walk both ways, it's a great way to walk of all the food you will eat the Trail End. Have a great time..

Don't know about lighting at night, but during the day it is a very pleasant short walk - about 15 minutes one way.

The path takes you right to Trails End.

no lights on the trail that comes out behind river country...not sure about macadam trail.
