Wilderness Lodge To Magic Kingdom

I have a 5pm res at the Liberty Tree Tavern for a charactor meal. My family and I are going in costume as we are staying for the Halloween party. If leaving from the WL in late afternoon (approx 4pm) is the bus quicker than the boat.?

The bus may be SLIGHTLY faster in terms of actual transportation time (~5-10 minutes).

The boats generally run every 1/2 hour or so, depending on traffic.

I perfer waiting on the dock as opposed to the WL busstop- it's prettier.

Also, there is currently some construction going on at the Magic Kingdom bus stop. Therefore, the direct bus from WL to Magic Kingdom is temporarily suspended. It now runs Ft. Wilderness, WL, TTC. So you would then have to take a monorail or Ferry to Magic Kingdom.

So for right now, the boat is the best option!! (Also, there are smaller boats that run WL, Ft. Wilderness, Contemporary). You could take the smaller boat to Contemporary then walk to MK.
