I was able to get a reservation this morning for a sleighride @The Wilderness Lodge on Christmas evening. Problem is, we have a party of seven and the sleigh only holds 4-5. Should we skip the sleighride and do the hayride @Fort Wilderness so we can all be together? How do the rides compare (price, scenery, etc?) Can you make reservations for the hayride or is it first come first serve? How hard will it be to get from The Wilderness Lodge (we have a 5:30pm ADR @Artists Point for dinner?) Sorry so many questions, just want to make the best decision for our group since I am the designated planner! (By the way, we aren't planning on going to any parks Christmas day...just touring the resorts to see decorations.) Thanks! :santa:

OK - I want to know more about this sleighride...I can't find anything on it. We'll be there mid-December and have an evening free. This sounds nice!

Anyone have sleighride pictures you would like to share? It sounds like fun! We are going DEC 18-23

We're doing the one at Ft. Wilderness....we debated between the two, but we heard over and over again that FW is better. I guess a lot of the campsites really go all out and decorate for Christmas. However, it was worded to me as a "carraige ride"...and I think it probably seats the same number as the one at WL. I would call Disney and check that out.

If you do a search for Wilderness Lodge sleigh rides, there are several pictures posted.
