Hi, is there anywhere I can see a room chart for the WL? I am staying in a courtyard view room, although I'm unsure what that means. I think I read that room 5075 is a good one, but I'm not sure. Are there any rooms you can see the MK from? I'd like a nice view!

Thanks

5075 is a courtyard view of the main pool. WL is U-shaped with the open end facing the water. you would be on the left side looking down towards the pool.

One of the things I love about WL is the view of the water which you will have. There is not really a view of MK or the other resorts which I like because you really feel like you are somewhere else. Some of the woods view rooms are high enough so that you can see the MK fireworks above the trees..

In my opinion, the Wilderness Lodge Courtyard is one of the most spectacular areas at any resort in Disney, so I think you will really enjoy this view. -skea

P.S.- For a good and relatively inexpensive meal (as far as Disney restaurants are concerned) without a reservation, we enjoyed taking the boat from WL over to Fort Wilderness Campground for the buffet at the place next to the Hoop Dee Doo Revue.

supamaki , if I were you, I would scratch the courtyard view room.
If the magic kingdom castle is more imprtant to you. We stayed in
the woodsview wing. We could sit on our balcony and see & watch the castle change colors all night. You can also see the monorail pass by in the distance. Nightly fireworks too.
Ask for room #5032 . This is a non-smoking room aswell.

5075!!!!!!!!!!! We stayed in that room on our 8/01 trip! :)

Wonderful wonderful view and it is a SMOKING room...be sure you are aware of that! :)

My room.........ahhhhh come on Memorial Day!!!!!!! WL bound!

You guys/gals rule. Thank yo so much for all the info. I would change to woods view, becasue it's cheaper than courtyard, but there's no woods view available. Maybe when I request the room, they'll just give it to me thinking, I'm stupid asking for a less expensive room.
