Can anyone please tell me about the restaurants and the menus in the WL? We are staying there for the first time and we are wandering what the menus are for their restaurants! Any help or suggestions would be great!

Thanks.

http://allearsnet.com/menu/menu_wc.htm here is whispering canyon cafe. this restaurant serves all three meals; we prefer breakfast over lunch or dinner. also at WL is artist point which serves dinner. this is upscale dining and it is excellent. for quick service there is roaring forks. this is a good choice for a quick breakfast or snacks. have a look at the menu and you should be able to access the other menus from deb's site. happy eating! you will love the lodge; it is our favorite! well, how could i forget the highjinx at whispering canyon cafe!! they do a lot of fun stuff there. there are stick horse races for the children, don't forget to ask for ketchup or a knife. and if you come in tired and thirsty be sure to let them know. however, if you are like us and just enjoy watching don't say too much. but the wait staff is very good on picking up on things like you are just observing. at breakfast we like higgins as our waiter; he has been there for quite a while and is great!

whispering canyon is a hoot! Wait staff very funny (ask for ketchup and straws!), service is good, food very tasty and prices not over the top. My kids keep saying "If we do to Disney again can we go to Whispering Canyon??". Artist Pointe wait staff were very pleasant and prompt, friendly to the kids as well: food was good but not as fabulous as other fine dining establishments in our local area>(I don"t regret that we ate at Artist pointe, but I don't think that I would go out of my way to eat there again.) We were just at the WL two weeks ago - you will love it!!

I just posted a review of Artist Point on my web site (use links below). If you go to the PS Spotlights page, you'll see one for Whispering Canyon as well.

Both restaurants are excellent. Whispering Canyon has the added fun of the servers.
