Wilderness Lodge questions

I'm trying to think of some things for a mellow night but I don't know much about this resort.

I know it has a beach, is it lit at night? At the bar in the hotel can you get drinks to go? I was thinking getting some drinks and sitting on the beach while DS4 plays in the sand, then watching the electric boat parade.

The Territory Lounge is a short walk from the beach, but is your only bar option that late. Trout Pass Pool Bar always closes too early for my liking. But love the WL so, stop by Territory Lounge on the way to the Water Pageant.

Head over to Fort Wilderness for their campfire. You can roast marshmallows with Chip and Dale and there is a movie. Movie is free - I believe there is a charge for a 'smores kits.

Can you bring your own S'mores fixins'?

Not sure - I would think so. If I find out I will post here but I am sure someone will come by and answer your question.

Actually there is someone on the wedding board that is doing this for her welcome party and I believe she is making her own kits.

Yes you can. WL is our favorite resort. You will love the true feeling of relaxation you get when you walk into the lobby. Enjoy!
