I have quite a few more, so I will be posting them too. We are going back in December 2009, so I am going to need lots of pictures to keep me going! :lmao:

Your pictures are absolutely beautiful! Would you mind if I used a couple of them for my scrapbooking? The night ones are fantastic! :thumbsup2

Thanks, and feel free to use whatever you'd like. :goodvibes I'm glad you enjoyed them.

Your pictures are beautiful! Thanks so much for sharing!

Thanks for the compliment! I wish I could have really taken my time with snapping pictures all day and learning how to use the camera well. We bought it just for the trip, and even last night I learned of some new features on it. :headache: There's even a feature for shooting through glass windows! I would have loved to have taken pics of the window displays in MK. I guess I'll just have to look for pictures like that online. There's no telling when I'll get back there. :sad2:

Hi Kristin,
My name is Kristin too. I always say Hi  to other Kristins. We are a small group who spell our name with an "in". ;)

Whenever I see beautiful pictures, I always like to ask what camera does the photographer use. Would you mind sharing? Thanks again for letting me use your pictures! :goodvibes

The timing of this is hilarious. The -in spelling of our name is unusual I think. (Though it's always felt right to me). While waiting at the bus stop at Hollywood Studios, Mom and I befriended a lovely couple there with their two twin grandchildren. One of the twins was named Kristin. When Mom told them that's my name, too, the lady asked - "With an -IN, too?" She then told us how rare that is.

I bought mine at Sam's. It's an Olympus Stylus 1010 - 10.1 Megapixel. The video camera on it isn't great - makes the person filming sound like Minnie Mouse, and the colors are too bright - but I think it takes pretty good pictures. I plan on using it a lot on Halloween, trying out all the different features. I should have done all that before our Disney trip, but... live and learn.

Nice meeting ya Kristin, with an -in.
(How Anne of Green Gable-ish that sounds! ;) )

Nice to meet you too Kristin with an "in". I'm also a big fan on Anne of Green Gables. I guess we're kindred spirits after all. ;)

It's really breathtaking. We just loved in September when we stayed. :goodvibes

We stayed there Oct 28th - Nov 4th 2006, I can't believe it was 2 years ago! I totally feel in love with it!! We're headed back to WL in 2 months and I can't wait!!

We just booked WL yesterday and I've finally finished looking at EVERY photo in this thread. Thanks to each and every one of you for sharing! I'm super excited about our WL stay although since we'll be in Alaska 10 weeks after we go to Disney we didn't NEED the northwoods theme but oh well, lol! WL had a discount that we couldn't get at CR, so we'll take WL and enjoy every minute of it.

I'm looking forward to more photos!

Thanks for all the great pictures. We usually stay at the Poly & wanted to try it here in Jan. Any suggestions on a good standard room? A bit worried I won't like it as much as the Poly -but the pics look great-keeping my fingers crossed!!!

Thanks everyone for the great pics. Two weeks until we arrive at VWL for Thanksgiving. This thread is just wetting our appetite.

Everyone whose going soon better come back with lots and lots of pictures LOL!!!

I need something to get me through the next 54 days!! :cool1:

Well, you guys have been GREAT fueling my WL addiction. I only have 16 more days until I get to take TONS of photos & share them with everyone else from a "first timers" eyes. Not my first time to Disneyworld, but my first time to Wilderness Lodge !!!

Keep those photos coming all of you fellow Dis buddies that have just returned. I think we have MANY addicts here !!!!!!!!!!!!!:santa: :santa: :santa:
