Has anyone stayed at the Concierge level at the WL recently and can tell us what they put out in the way of food and drink for morning and early eveings ?

TIA

The Millers

We were there in December and here is what I remember:
In the morning:
Assorted Cereals
Milk
Bagels with different spreads (and toaster)
muffins
orange and apple juice
coffee
assorted pastries
Probably more. Those are the things we tried.
Can't comment much on the evening offerings. I know they had snacks during one part of the day like nuts, gummie worms, fresh fruit. You will have to ask for any other kind of drink like cokes or alcohol (beer). Just ask the conceirge staff for it.
Please check out the Wilderness Lodge thread FAQ. The whole menu is listed and you can get a ton of advise there. The VETS are extremely helpful.::yes::

We just got back from the WL concierge on the 7th. :) If you look back a couple of pages you might be able to find my report... "Live from the WL".

Morning:

coffee
decaf
hot tea
orange juice
apple juice
milk
(soft drinks available by request)
water
fruit (apples and bananas) and bowl of assorted melons
bagels (regular, sesame, raisin, and others)
danish (cherry, apple, and cheese)
ceral (frosted flakes, fruit loops, rice krispies, at least 4 others)
muffins (chocolate chip, blueberry, apple cinnamon)

seems like there was one more item, but I can't remember what it was

Afternoon:

same beverages I listed above, except orange juice and apple juice are replaced with iced tea and lemonade
mixed nuts
pretzels
cookies (chocolate chip and sugar)

Evening:

same beverages I listed above
veggie tray with dip (carrots, celery, mushrooms, cucumbers)
fruit tray
cheese tray (5 types)
cracker tray
soup of some type
bread or rolls
hot appetizers (varies every day... one day we had grilled salmon and augratin potatoes, the next night was roast pork with some type of grilled onion mixture)
wines (red, chardonnay, zinfandel)
soft drinks out in large tub (coke, diet coke, sprite, apple juice boxes, tomato juice)

Night:

same beverages I listed above
cordials (kaluha, baileys, disoranno, and 3 others)
cookies
brownies
muffins
some type of cookie bar
one hot dessert (varied every night... one night was mixed berry cobbler, one night was apple crisp)

The also provide beer upon request.

thanks for taking the time to list all the offerings. sounds like the food will be great for the adults and the children ages 2 and 7.

We have stayed at WL before but never on the C level. We have stayed many times at the Poly C level. Last time was in Dec 03 and we were very unhappy with the cutbacks.

Over the years we have really gotten some good info off the boards. Thanks again for taking the time to list all the food.::MickeyMo
