Wilderness Lodge Christmas Tree is up and........

If you are heading out to WDW soon, and lucky enough to be staying at the WL, the Christmas Tree awaits you ...... the DIS Secret Agents watched the tree being put up and decorated.

Their report is here plus the recipe for the Grand Floridian Gingerbread House should you want to make one for your living-room ... you'll need an extra large mixing-bowl!!

If you aren't staying at either resort, you might want to visit them and check out their decorations!

Now I know you said a BIG mixing bowl, but 580lbs of chocolate... and where exactly can I get Pixie Dust? The Happy Shopper in the village only has 100s and 1000s!!

I've visited both resorts at Christmas time - they are just fab. I'd heard all about the WL as being special, but I have to say I was very impressed with the GF. Very very pretty with it's tree and Garlands but that Gingerbread house - incredible! You can actually smell it as you enter the lobby.

I have no idea why I didn't take a picture...I will try and rectify that this trip though

We saw the Gingerbread house that they had in the American Adventure in Epcot! The smell - unbelievable!
