Wilderness Lodge and turndown

We are staying in a standard room at the Wilderness Lodge May 11 - 17. Do they offer turndown service? Is it standard or do you need to request it?

I just got back Friday...Had turndown service each night..I just called "Lodgekeeping" and asked for it..although, after the first night, when we walked in on her, I asked them to come during a time I knew we would be at dinner.
Nice to have fresh towels, pillows plump and blankies waiting!
