Wilderness Exploration and Crab Feast

Anyone ever did this excursion? Did you see any wildlife beside bald eagles?

Bump as I have a couple of questions about this excursion for those who have done it. I'm trying to figure out my budget for tipping and I'm not sure:

1) How many guides are there for this excursion? Am I tipping the bus driver, boat Captain, the guide and the serving staff for the crab feast?
2) How much have you tipped in the past? $10 each? $20 each?
3) Can I just tip 1 person at the end to have it split among everyone on our tour?
