Sounds like a really fun day! For now, we definitely will have to put Universal on hold.

There is a ride at Worlds of Fun in Missouri that spins you sideways in the dark. It is called the Cloud Poofer or something - like being in a tornado turned on your side. It was NOT GOOD. After the ride stopped I just had to sit there for a minute. The older I get the worse I get at spinning. That Cloud Poofer and the Astro Orbiter are the 2 worst things I have been on.

I think DS and maybe even DH would like universal. I think I am too much of a Disney girl to really like it, but we might give it a try someday.

we are doing a Scavenger Hunt through Gifts of a Lifetime....I believe it is going to be a "Survivor" theme

I think that's probably a wise idea until your kids are a tad older..I think you would all get more out of it then. Kirsten wasn't tall enough to ride many things

Dueling Dragons is one of the only roller coasters I've ever ridden that's made me sick, and I'm a coaster girl (Cedar Point born and bred )!

I don't do roller coasters or simulator rides. It would set my vertigo off like wildfire. I would be in bed on medication for the rest of the day. The only "thrill ride" that I did while at Disney was Soarin'. The Monster Plantation and Pirates of the Caribbean were a bit rough since you are in the dark and turn and go backwards. I mainly enjoy walking around with everyone else and being their tour guide.
