HEllo folks!

Bob - did the CD - well DVD last night - hope it will be in the mail by Wednesday - I need to gather my courage to go to the post office.

Dreaming now of my next cruise - January 11th, 2007 on the Wonder - going back to the beginning, again, with one of the same girls I sailed with the first time. If you were me, would you take the risk of starting another map?

Kathy - if you have extra cookies, i'd LOVE LOVE LOVE a handful. I only make one kind now because there's no one to eat them. At the very least, let's have your recipe for the WTwB Cookbook.

I have just been so busy since we returned, but I think I am finally getting caught up again, so I will have more time to do all the little things I want to do.

I was watching the Travel Channel last night and it makes me want to go back to WDW over the holidays again so I can see what I missed out on last week.

Hi Banana Heads.

Being back for two weeks now we are getting itchy for the next vacation so we thought about checking into using some of our DVC points for quick long weekend trip in January when DD has a day off school. It's not a holiday weekend (the weekend of the 20th) and it's in mid-January for heaven's sake..and the only place we can use our points is SSR. I have no desire to stay there - pretty much be happy at any DVC but that one. I even would have considered OKW which we have always resisted because we like to be within walking or boat distance of at least one park. I know it's last minute, but I'm still a bit surprised we couldn't find availability at BCV, BWV or VWL. We have a tough time planning out our DVC trips too far in advance and this is the first time we've had a problem. I hope it's not a sign of the future. So I found a great airfare and don't want to not use it,now, so I just have to obsess until we find something we are wiling to use.

Ok enough venting. Hope everyone is having a happy day.

Jeff, Not being nosey, but why not SSR. We are members there (haven't seen the property yet but staying there in July). Is there something I should know about, like a sinkhole or rancid trash cans out back? Just let me know.

Well just when I thought I was getting better. Now I feel like this may going into some type of bronchitis....yuk.....dont want to start with that garbage again. I have lucked out and havent had bronchitis for a couple of years now. Anyway such is life....

Not much going on here. Trying to pin my son down so he can get my cd ready for Bob. I need to get that sent out.

Tonya - LOL - No nothing like that. It really has to do with wanting to be able to walk to a park (Epcot via BCV or BWV) or take a boat (MGM fom either of those or MK from Wildnernss Lodge)...I had a massage at SSR and just didn't like the layout, etc. Before the weekend I wil probably break down and book it since we really want this long weekend in January. And then of course I'll come back raving about how much I liked it...

JD & Tonya, SSR is very lovely, and within walking distance / boating distance to Down Town Disney. That being said, I'd rather stay at any of the others, just because I live 20 minutes away from the real Saratoga Springs. lol.

Denise - hate that you got the crud! That's what my asthma attack turned into and it's hell to shake.

Stirred up a batch of the Pope's Swedish Ginger cookies this morning . . . recipes are starting to gather in my pm box. YEA!

Shell-I made your pork chop recipe it was yummy!!

Kathy-I am sorry you sre still sick. I thought I was getting over it, but now it seems to be getting worse. I have decided that if I am no better by Thursday I will go to the Dr. I just want to be over this crud by Christmas.

Today I am going to do a little more shopping. Yesterday I took the kids to see Santa. Madison was thrilled, Jordyn said I am getting too old for this. I told her your never too old to see Santa. There was even a 93 year old that went to see him.

Still feeling kind of cruddy myself. Had another bout with a stomach bug last night. I am about tired of this junk! Nothing I hate worse than being sick while traveling.

Hey guys,
Just popping in to say hello. It's been pretty hectic since we got back. Kids have been sick since the cruise first with flu type symptoms, then colds. Esther's the only one that didn't catch anything. Hopefully I'll be able to check back in a little more often since things seem to be calming down.
