Bite me, Tiara Bob! :lmao:
You know, that is my wife's response to me most of the time. But without the "tiara" part! :lmao: :rotfl2:

Geez first youse beg the poor guy {Dreamboat Wally} to come in here and then when he does and gets into the swing of things you tell him he sounds like a gigolo. Just ain't no pleasin some people!
Actually, I like Wally and having him on here. He has taken a lot of the heat off of me! :lmao: :rotfl2: Maybe it is jealousy of his status. He gets called "Dreamboat", and I am basically being touted as a drag queen! :confused3

I love Rocky Horror myself, but in the south, that falls under "I don't believe I woulda told that, brother!" :rotfl2:
So how many times have you gotten dressed up and gone to see it on the big screen??? :rotfl: I guess you won't readily admit that, will you? :rotfl2:

I read somewhere that they may have released an anniversary version along with the sequel (which, of course, doesn't star Susan Sarandon & Barry Bostwick) earlier this year.

TB (Movie buff): help me out here. . . :confused3

Actually, I only saw it on the big screen one time. But, it is one of those movies I think everyone shoudl experience. I didn't dress up, but many who were there did dress up. We did throw rice and toast, and there were some water pistols (you have to know the movie to know the reasons).

I do believe there was an anniversary DVD released, but I haven't heard anything about a sequel. Rocky Horror is one of those cult movies that wouldn't sequel very well. It has a certain attraction to it, but don't try and over-capitalize on it!

Oh Cheri........singing Cool Rider sounds like a really fun idea...however, I am the very first person to admit that I cant sing worth a darn....I dont want to punish or hurt anyone elses ear's by me singing....so I think I will pass...but you ladies go for it....I'll be on the sidelines :cheer2: for you...... :)

I can lip sync!! :listen: I'm no Milli Vinilli, but I can make it look good! :rolleyes1

I've only seen it at the theater once myself. We were in college and saw it in Omaha. We were probably about the only ones NOT dressed up! One guy with us was from a tiny town in western Nebraska -- talk about culture shock! :rotfl2: :rotfl2: I don't know what was funnier -- the audience participation or the look on this poor guy's face! :lmao:

I'd never heard of the sequel either. I think it was a more futuristic setting. I guess the hard-core RHPS cultists would know about it. . . :confused3

  Morning all

Time to start procrastinating those Nutcracker costumes.

:cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

Not only is she a saint for marrying you, she's also wise beyond her years :rotfl:

If there are any "So You Think You Can Dance" fans out there, I hope you'll indulge me. This is a link to a video on YouTube from an Intensive that my son was in this summer. He took classes with Nick Lazzarini, Melody, Artem, Jamile .......He's the little tiny one in the video (kind of hard to see him -- but he's wearing an orange vest in the middle of the video and is looking into a camera.

Anyway, just a proud mom moment.

I hope you enjoy!

Lauri,
boy those kids have energy!! I enjoyed watching the video, but now I feel tired!!! Good video.

Tom,
No need to read all those posts again, I will come to your rescue,
our family meet is the first day at 2:45 in the Promenade lounge.
Those who want to are invited to bring a Christmas gift that is an ornament or regional gift, $10 limit. One gift per family. We are drawing names to see who gets which ones.

Also at 1:01 some of the adults are meeting at signals for a drink to kick off the cruise.

That should cover it for you. If not just ask.

kathy

Hi everyone,
11 days and counting. I can't believe it is almost here. We got our docs the end of last week. Did anyone else get theirs. I was so excited when they came UPS. We also started to pack. My 3 DD's are all packed and ready to go. I just need to pick up a few more things. I also need to get my haircut.

Hope everyone has a great day

Lucinda

Good Morning all,

Does anyone else feel like the world is running at about 90mph and they are puttering along at 25mph?

Here is what I still have left to do......
PACK (that mean the whole ball of wax, tuxes, dresses, clothing in general, along with all the necessaries that Women must pack)
Get DS some new dress pants
Get Passports out of Bank Box
Take Piggy Bank to bank and get money out of piggy bank
Work on Album for our angel
Get copy of ressie to Mother and ex-husband
Tell the credit cards im leaving the country
Get money from bank
Charge all the various camera, pda's, computer that we are taking with us
Get my DS some new water shoes (he has to quit growing)
Get long distance cards for telephone calls in St Marteen & St Thomas
Get CHEESE WIZ for snorkeling

Pray for me. This is probably half the things I really must do within the next 11 days. AAAGGGGGHHHH.

Anyone else feel like this?

Happy Monday.

Hi Lucinda,
I think with your post we have 4 families that have got their docs so far.

I'm sure the others will get their very soon,
Kathy

That was really neat Lauri. How old is your son? Was he in dance classes like those girls were doing? They seemed really good! If he is at that level I will keep an eye on him for future TV appearances! :thumbsup2

Uh....Maverick? As I recall, Goose dies pretty early in that movie. Besides, I sing like old people kiss...slow and sloppy. I'll make you a deal...if you can find me on Kareoke night.....nahhhhh....even if you do, I DONT sing! (oh yeah...and my dancings pretty horrible too so thats limited to the minimum that Woo will let me get away with...
I do buffets well, I relax good....I'm even good at hanging around on deck 10 and looking inconspicuos....those activities are right up my alley.

Have a great day everyone!!!
Yes, but if you will ALSO recall from the movie, Goose was the one banging a song out on the piano for his woman. And he couldn't sing, PERIOD!! Don't leave me hanging buddy! Don't abandon me now!

Cheese Whiz??? :confused3
Apparently the fish are quite attracted to cheez whiz when snorkeling. They tend to get up close and personal with you when you let out a little cheese under water! :lmao:

Im contributing to the taming of wild life. We found out that last year some of the fish on Castaway Cay loved Cheeze Wizz. We got swamped by a quite a few fish. It was fun. I thought I would try it elsewhere, unless prohibited.
