Of COURSE we can wear the tiaras the whole week - but at a minimum, doncha think? the two occasions I mentioned. I'm thinking it will be difficult to swim or snorkle with one on, and as for sleeping. . .

I think I will just give Lynn money and let her do the darn shopping. ugh.

Dh is sick, and I think I'm getting it. Better now than next week, is all I can say.

Good Morning All ,
It's a rainy morning here in NY. DS decided again not to sleep and fall asleep at 1:30AM. I am feeling alittle better. The no sleep and being sick is killing me. DH was saying all he wants for Christmas is a " whole night sleep "!!! Well I am going to make DS's bottle and get DS's wash going. Talk to you all later !!



Sarah: That is an easy dinner in my house!! I don't cook on Friday we either get Pizza or Chinese!!


Kathy: My shopping in not done yet!! Saturday we are going to Toys R US for all the toys for DS. Then I will be done. DH want to get him Tonka Trucks. He is very happy to have a son!!

Linda: If I could I would do you shopping but my list of things to do before the cruise in getting longer and longer!! Do what I do sometimes and use the computer and get it shipped to your house!!

I'm trying to finish up my Christmas shopping too. I have no idea what to get my 13 year old. She even made a list and said she couldn't think of much to put on it. I don't know if that means she's so spoiled she already has everything or if she is just happy with what she has.

The little ones have been a little eaiser. My son has been in love with Lightening McQueen and Mater since he saw Cars. So I got him the remote controlled ones. Of course, now he has changed his love to Monster House. So when I point out the Cars in the ToyRUs paper, he says he doesn't like those. I bought him the Cars movie yesterday and he didn't even want to watch it. Well, he better decided to like them before Christmas.

I got my 6 (turns 7 two weeks after Christmas) year old a Nintendo DS and some games. I told my husband that I would give it to her to play with in the car on the way to FL and back. Then I'm going to steal it back from her and wrap it up for Christmas. Otherwise, she will feel like she didn't get anything for Christmas. I also have to buy all her birthday gifts now. If I wait until after Christmas there is nothing left.

Did I tell you that I will have my birthday on the cruise (11/30)? I hadn't really thought of it until the kids mentioned it. Well, I need to go work on those door signs. I didn't get to them yesterday.

Hello everyone, fellow DIS, this will be my first post. I am momx4,grandx4, husband Greg. I have diligently read these reports but have never actually posted one. I am looking forward to meeting all of you and have thoroughly enjoyed the awesome support and wonderful input all have shared. My wife probably would have preferred I post sooner than this, because she is so excited to meet all of you, however, there has never been a greater procrastinator than me. So, better late then never. Kathy and I are extremely anxious for this cruise, although, Kathy is always extremely excited about cruising, actually, if as long as I keep her in upcoming cruises I have peace in my house.

So - this voting you guys are talking about - could this mean Bush doesn't stay the President?? Or is it voting for something else? I think it is called 'mid-term' voting - maybe I heard it on the radio?

Sorry - I am fairly apathetic in my own country's election and therefore fairly ignorant of yours.

These are mid-term elections for Congress, and many states have Governors and other positions up for election. The next Presidential election will be in 2008.

Who is staying in Cocoa Beach on Friday night, and are there any plans in place to do an early meet for dinner or snacks? Lisa and I have made the decision, since all WDW hotels are booked (except for one room for $543 for one night ), we are going to stay at the new Residence Inn in Cocoa Beach. We would love to get together with some of you if you so desire. If you are interested, PM me or post here and we can get real contact information going to set something up!

Did you have to call Cocoa Beach Shuttle after you booked the hotel to get you to the port, or will you do that when you arrive?
