One gift per family, $10 limit. If you bring a gift we are suggesting an ornament or a regional gift from your state.
Anyone who brings a gift will put their name in a hat and when some one draws out your name , they get your gift.

hey,
anybody here reading the post on the forum by Ty Pennington.
I didnt even know who he was. He says there is a surprize coming soon to the dis boards. over the course of many pages there are also posts by Paula Abdul, Oprah, Ellen Degeneress,Some blonde from american idol, last name is pickler, dont remember her first name, plus a few more celebraties. it is growing by the hour. Even the Tag fairy has been posting.

Disney is up to something, they wont say what or when they will announce it. I think it is probably something to do with their year of a million dreams.

Just curious if anybody here has been reading the posts and what do you think???

Today, is another cold and windy day but here in NY. Well on the tap today is staying in and getting all the little odds and ends done. I also have to pack away all DS newborn clothes (it's so sad )!!!

I have to tell ya'll about yesterday as only ya'll could get the humor out of it...I was talking to a friend about the cruise(shocking I know) and was trying to convince them to join us and said of you'll love the gang we are cruising with they are so much fun and she asked ohh how many friends are sailing with you and looked when I said about 75. we are meeting up the first day she was like " Wendy where do you know all thoses people from? It took awhile to explain the whole concept to her

I am off today so I am meeting a friend for lunch, I will chceck in later

Good morning everyone!!

to all of our new families!! I am Sarah and I am sailing with DH and DS 5yo (almost).

It is a sunny day here in Toronto, but cold. It was SO windy yesterday! I am just glad none of our trees blew over. I have been trying to slowly put some stuff downstairs for the trip and am feeling fairly organized. I am SO looking forward to this vacation!! DH is off today for Las Vegas for a business trip (lucky dog!!) so DS and I are on our own for the week. Can anyone say 'take-out'

Had a friend of mine over for the weekend with her two boys 5yo and 2yo. We had a great time but boy was it hectic! DS did fall asleep last night without a peep though!

It is so nice to have daylight in the morning, but it is SO dark SO early. You would think after 30 years I would be used to it - but no, every year it is a pain.

I have seen the Ty and Co posts and am really looking forward to some fun announcements. I was thinking that all the stars posting are from ABC - which I think is a Disney owned channel right? Anyway, I am sure it is just a fun joke but it is still a good way to announce something....and lord knows us DISrs love a good contest!!!

Wendy - I know exactly what you mean! I'm constantly referring to things we "talk" about on the boards. I had read another poster say she does everything she warned her kids not to do -- exchanging information with strangers on line; setting up times to meet said strangers, etc.!

Lauri & family! We're (DH, DD5 & me) from northern Illinois and this is our second DCL cruise -- first time on the Magic.

Better get moving this morning!

We are a family of four, me (jeff) DW Mina, DD Elizabeth 8 and DD Emily 2 1/2. Our second cruise EVER and it just so happens the other one was a DCL cruise too. First was a Western sailing just this past August. We loved it so much we booked another for the next chance we had.

Hi All

Welcome Laurie; Lauri; Lorna and their families!! My name is Okie and I am traveling with DH-Rick; DS-16 (AKA joelidol); DD-14; my niece-her DH and their DS-15 and DD-13.......Any one else traveling with those very fun teenagers????

My mom continues to be very sick-now because of 'trauma' in the hospital she is have mental issues-almost like split personalities-at one point she didn't know she had a daughter-and I am her only child--very heart breaking-I have cried more since Tuesday that I have in my whole life--mental illness affects the family more that the person going through it I think
Hopefully will still make it on the cruise-can't tell yet....

On a brighter note--nice and warm here is PA today-high to be 62- May even hit 70's tomorrow for halloween

If we make it, count me and joelidol in for the exchange-I live near Kennett Square in PA,so if anyone knows what they are famous for, you will know what the gift has to do with.....

Wow , what a surprise I got today in the mail!! I got my shirt for the cruise!! Tonya they look GREAT !! DS's onezie is tooo cute!! I will get the check in the mail tomorrow. Thank you for all your hard work!! All I need now is my cruise package from Disney and I am set to sail !! Well I am going to take advantage of the time I have while DS is napping !!

To get to this site you have clicked on cruise meets, to get to the Ty Pennington thread, click on cruise line forum, scroll down until you see his thread.
It is in bold caps so easy to spot, it's titled something like GOOD MORNING TO THE CRUISE BOARD FAMILY

It will be towards the top of the page because people are posting like crazy on it. In 2 days it has had over 13,000 hits and almost 500 posts. As you read farther into it you will see posts from different celebrities, it is alot of reading.

Dont forget the letter you said you send to me about your gift!!
