How far in advance can you book this? I have not be able to find any info about the advance scheduling.

I booked ours about 4 months out, I think. We did an 8am tour in July (2016). There ended up being only 7 people, but the capacity is higher than that. So presumably someone could have booked this the day before.

Not that I would wait until the last minute, but focus on getting your dining reservations on your 180+10 day.
