Wild By Design Tour At AK

Have you done this tour at AK?If you could share a little of your experience with it,I would appreciate it.Does it include any back stage peeks. Thanks Danny

Although I haven't done this tour, I love AK and was planning to do this one (leaving the Backstaage one for another time). However, a former CM, who used to guide both tours, said that the Backstage one (I can't remember what it's called-Backstage Safari?) is much better, and he recommended that one. However, I'd still like to hear from anyone who's done Wild by Design.

We have taken both of the "tours" at AK. Wild By Design was wonderful. In the tour group they take you around the park and tell the "stories" of why they look the way they do (the design!). Really very interesting. We did walk alot.
During the Backstage tour you get lots of information about the animals and even though they tell you that you may not get to see any of the animals, we did. Really interesting also.
Paul was our tour guide for both and we enjoyed them both. Have not done any of the tours at other parks.
