Seems this backstage tour is offered many times each day. Does it make a difference if you book early morning or later in the day? Will be doing this in early November, if that makes a difference.

TIA!

Early morning is better weather. Early Nov could potentially still be pretty hot in the afternoon ... But the Trek sometimes offers a significant discount for afternoon tours because they're less desirable in hotter weather. Not sure if early Nov would be considered hot enough to offer the discount, you could call the tour line and ask.
Fwiw, I've done it twice, once was very pleasant and once was boiling hot - August. I loved both of them!!

I just got back from an 11:45 trek and I thought it was the best experience I've had at Disney. The food you get is different between the morning and afternoon treks, but November might be best in the afternoon when its warm.

I've did this tour once in January mid morning. It was awesome, idk if the crowds were less, but we ended up being the only people on the tour. It was late enough we had the lunch food. I can't remember the specific time, maybe the third or fourth time of the day? I'm sure you'll enjoy it no matter when you go!
