wii video game question

After using the search function which found nothing and after searching thru 17 pages and not finding the thread I decided to post. If anyone does have the thread with the faq's and can send me a link I'd appreaciate it.

My question is do you think that all the major video games that are released will be available for wii. My kids like the Fifa Soccer, NBA, and NFL (that one is scheduled for release). I've seen info on other games and would normally see they are also available on Nintendo's system but it only says xbox and ps so I'm wondering if we should've bought one of those, but then they really like the mario games and that is exclusive to nintendo.

We just purchased a Wii this morning and are happy because we can take all our old Game Cube games and play them on the Wii too.

When we were out shopping we saw a football game available, so our guess is it won't be long before other sports are avilable. With these new systems, it sometime takes a while.

We got REALLY lucky! My husband has been out trying to find one all week. Then last night we had a big snow storm, and with everyone all snowed in this morning, we headed out bright and early to a local Toys R Us. They just had a shipment of 20 come in. Talk about being at the right place at the right time!
