Wii U Black Friday Bundle from Best Buy

My MIL purchased the Wii U Bundle from Best Buy on Black Friday. It is suppose to come with Super Smash and Donkey Kong, but only the console has arrived. Did anyone else order that bundle from Best Buy? If so, did the 2 extra games come with the console? I was with my MIL when she ordered it, but now that it came without the extra games she says it must not have and she doesn't want to look into it.

Last year I ordered a different Wii U bundle from Best Buy (Nintendo Wii U Deluxe Set with New Super Mario Bros U and New Super Luigi U).

It all came together.

Have her look at her email confirmation then call them (although I think their customer service isn't great).

Have her look at the documentation that came with the order. They have preloaded the games. I got a 3ds bundle last year that super Mario 3-D world preloaded, no card required.

Our bundle didn't come with preloaded games, but maybe this is new???

The games maybe a digital download from the Nintendo site. The code(s) maybe in the box itself, I know this is how Playstation 4 does it.

When we got ours last year there was a code to download the game that came with it.

The picture looks like it was supposed to be retail versions of the game

I agree about contacting customer service although it might take a while for a response if you use e-mail. I ordered a DS game last week and they sent me a PS2 game instead and I e-mailed them 4 days ago and still haven't gotten a response.

The other reason I don't think it would have been downloads is the size of the game downloads. Smash Brothers is 15.6GB and Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze is 11.4GB which adds up to 27GB. Since it's the 32GB model, even when reformatted only 29GB is useable and it doesn't make sense they would have the downloads take up over 90% of the available memory.

Did you check inside the box with the console? I bought a Wii U bundle from another store which came with extra games and they were packed in the box with the console.

Super Smash Brothers came in a separately mailed envelope for us. Does she have an E-mail shipping confirmation? That should show if the other games were with it, if they were shipped separately or if they have not yet been shipped.
