Wii, PS3, and DS game recommendations for DDs 8 and 11?

The title says it all. I want to get Epic Mickey for DH and games but I don't know what to get the girls. They've mentioned Kirby Yarn but I don't know anything about it.

Any recommendations or opinons?

Best suggestion I have is go to Gamestop and get them used games. With their used games you have 7 days (usually they extend that at Christmas til Jan 5th or so) to return them if you don't like them. For me it's way too expensive to buy games you that you aren't sure they will like.

DD12 likes the Brain Age games, Puzzler, Harry Potter, the Professor Layton Games and the Lego games for DS.

For the ds, I just got my son 8 scribblenauts. After reading the reviews, it sounds really cool for either a boy or girl and is for ages 8 and up.

Also got my daughter 6 a littlest pet shop game, again just based on reviews.

for the wii; we all love Mario Kart, Carnival, Wii sports and wii sports resort.
I also heard really good things about Kirby's Yarn and it's for both a ds and a wii.

go to amazon.com and read some reviews. They are VERY helpful and always right on, maybe you will get some better recommendations there for kids their age.
