WiFi at WDW Parks

Are there places at WDW parks to get free wifi? Or anyone that will setup a hotspot. I have a mifi that might work on the 3G there in the park, if it does free wireless for you. Anyone else that might have the same idea? It might pass the time while waiting in line.

There is no free wi fi in the parks or at the resorts, unless you are a DVC member staing at a time share. Hope you find someone who can help with it.

Before my trip, I purchased a 5GB prepaid mobile broadband plan through my service provider and I just brought that with me rather than paying for it at Disney. From my experience, there isn't any free ones, unless, as was said, you are a DVC member.

Sorry there is no free wifi, if you want the net I am afraid you'll need to pay for 3g or a wired connection at a resort.

My Android can be enabled to be a hotspot but I won't be enabling that.

It looks like free WiFi is now available inside the parks! According to thedibb.

Magic Kingdom: Main Street USA - Outside City Hall
EPCOT: China - Lotus Cafe
Hollywood: Sorcerers Hat / Brown Derby
Downtown Dis: Disney Quest and several other shops.
Blizzard Beach: Gift Shop

On Tuesday there was no Internet on my wireless. The hotel had Internet but 10 perday. This only affected virgin mobile customers. I almost had a panic attack last night with no mobile.

Not that I found when I was there a couple weeks back, but it was not something I was actively searching for either.



And the free internet when staying at a DVC on points is not wireless, you need to plug into the wall. (I bring a long cord for my netbook, otherwise I have to sit indian style on the floor.)

There is free wifi in the DLR Hotels (and the Disneyland Dream Suite), but not at the parks.

They are testing free wi-fi at the deluxe hotels for 10 days. I just saw it on WDW's Facebook page.

Wilderness lodge had free wifi while when I stayed this past week. Worked pretty good too, so I hope they bring it online throughout the resort. I didn't even see the postcard saying free wifi until half way thru my trip.

Was recently at the MK and just outside of Splash Mountain I was able to pick up a secured WDW wireless signal. I asked one of the nearby cast members how I can obtain the password for the secured wireless and she told me that it was only for cast members, but she told me that around the Main Street USA area that there was free wifi. Hope this helps.

Free WIFI at the deluze resorts. Tried this out last week. On the Boardwalk, at Wilderness Lodge, Contemporary.

The signal at Boardwalk seemed to be especially strong, I was able ti use it along the walkway to Epcot.
