We will be Staying Feb.1-5, 2006 at the CBR on my wifes B-Day and will also be at the MK or MGM that day.

What I am looking for is a nice romantic place to take her for her actual B-Day dinner?

Also if I will need reservations how will I go about making them?

Thanks,
Steve

Steve,

Could you rearrange your schedule so that you are in another park that night? Epcot has lots of places for a nice, grown up, romantic, birthday dinner! ANy of the countries in Epcot would be great.

I can't think of any place I'd like to have a nice dinner at MK and I hear the food is awful at MGM. (So sorry to be discouraging!) If you must stay in MGM, maybe the Brown Derby?

If you want to stay around the MK, try a restaurant in one of the deluxe resorts on the monorail line. (O'Hana at Poly would be Lovely, California Grill at Contemporary or several at the Grand Floridian.) It would only take a few minutes by monorail to get there. Good Luck

Jennifer

I spent the day at MGM on my birthday in 2004. We did the Brown Derby for dinner and loved it! It was fabulous. Food is great, nice atmosphere, and I got a special dessert for my birthday. You can't really go wrong!

I'm going to the California Grill for the first time on my birthday which I have heard is great.

You would need to call 407-WDW-DINE to make an ADR (advance dining reservation). Do this as soon as possible as people will have been making reservations from 6 months out.
