My DW wants a manicur.

Any ideas on property and the cost ?

I thought I wanted a manicure, until I saw the prices.

Now I am thinking I will either have it done before we leave or do it myself.

Unless you are not a Park or pool person, why would you want to take this time to do this on vacation. Also do it at home for 1/2 the price.

There is also a Senses Spa at the Grand Floridian. Prices are similar to the one at SSR. I believe she would also get access to the whirlpool and steam room. Here is the link.

There is an exercise room in the same place as the Spa, which I believe is free to guests, but you could verify by calling the Spa. You get in with your Magic Band.

I believe DVC Members get a 15% discount at Senses Spa. That makes the prices a LITTLE better.

I think that the discount is on certain packages.

I had a spa day today at home - mani, pedi, hour massage, facial and haircut for $300. Take the day before vacation and start vacation early at a local spa.

Several years ago my daughter and I got pedi's at SSR. Those were probably the best ONES we have ever had. I think splurging ONCE is wonderful. We had plenty of time on that trip. DVC members do get a discount. Now I get them done before our trip. LOL It was heavenly though.

Does YC still have Periwinkles? Years ago I got a mani there. It was reasonable but not a spa experience.
