Wife swap looks like a doozy tonight!!

I love to watch dysfunctional people/families on TV. Makes me feel so much better about myself.

It was a wreck.
Line that most irritated me:
"When I saw how filthy your house was, I thought, 'wow, they're poor.'"

Uh, poor does not equal dirty.

:headache:

I'm rather annoyed; the show was pre-empted in our area for some telethon thingie. Bummer! Guess we'll have to catch the show in re-runs.

I actually had to turn it. I got physically ill when that woman started rubbing ketchup on her shirt saying it was “OK to have stains on your clothing”:headache:

Um. No it isn’t.

They did a disservice to poor and needy people on that show. People who don’t have a ton of money are NOT pigs.

It was disgusting:mad:

I don't watch the show, but I saw that a local family was going to be on soon, was it the family that has picnics in the cemetery?

First we had Amber from 16 and Pregnant, now we have the Goth family from Wife Swap, I swear the entire town isn't like this!!!!!!!!!!

Just don't watch Thunder Cars from Indiana or you will never believe me!

The picinic in the cemetery was two weeks ago I think. This one was a self employed family with a big house swapped with poorer , unemployed couple living in a trailer. She was a big woman and very sloppy looking.

I did agree with her husband that was unemployed that she should not have been selling her book to the people in the soup kitchen. It was a book to make them improve themselves. :confused3 He told her that the money they spend on her book could be there last $30.

Oh my, now I remember why I don't watch. DD loves these show. I guess I see enough of these people in everyday life to NOT want to watch!!! Selling your book at a soup kitchen, do they even allow that?!?!?!?
