Wife doesn’t have dvc affiliation on magic mobile

Basically what the title says. My wife and I are on the contract, but when I creat her magic mobile card she doesn’t have dvc afilliation, but I do. Any clue as to what’s going on?

Yeah it is the right email but I don’t think she has her own MDE account. I’ve always just managed her through mine. Think this is the problem?

Yes, she need to make an account with her email. Same situation with DH, I had him under my MDE but he now has his own and we are linked to each other.

There is still no DVC affiliation on her card in apple wallet. I redownloaded it and everything. Do you and DH have separate DVC accounts as well?

I think you have to give it a day or two to sync up…

We share all DVC accounts. Give it a day or so to update.
