Hi there, i wouldnt worry about it, you can go on all rides. Ive seen alot of people heavier than you on the rides so i dont see a problem, hope this helps and have a fab time!

me and my hubby are larger, im 250 and hubby about 280. We had no problme getting on rides. Didnt have to squeeze into anywhere, wasnt uncomfortable, not embarrasing. Had no problmes!! Made my first year nervous, didnt know what to expect. The roller coasters are even ok!!! Hope you have a great time!!!!

Yea, I agree with the other posts, your not going to have any problems, we are also very large size people, and have never had any problems ! In my family we would call you " Mr. Tiny " . :lmao:

Same question as OP- specifically about Dumbo and the Astro Orbiter...I don't want to have the rides not go up just due to my weight....can anyone help?

That should not be a problem. My brother's astro orbiter went up just fine and at the time, he had to have been close to 300 lbs. However, he couldn't have squeezed into the orbiter with a large child. A small child would have been fine. At Dumbo, he rode with one of my neices and it certainly went up and he had no trouble getting in and out. The loading is completely different on these two rides and Dumbo was far easier.

Weight itself is not a problem as far as attractions are concerned. As far as the fit, if you are 280 and 6 foot there is no problem at all. If you are 280 ad 5'6" you may have problems on some attractions (Space and EE, to name two).

Cheshire - does Space Mountain in the Magic Kingdom have a ride vehicle that can be take offline for slow-boarding Guests, like the Disneyland version does? Or should I just plan on not riding it? Thanks in advance!

No, they do not. But remember that SM at DL was closed for a year, which gave them plenty of time.

And if you are a slow-boarding guest I would not worry. The CMs get paid no matter how many people per hour ride. And if the people behind can't wait an extra minute or so (especially after maybe a 30 minute or longer wait) that is their problem, not yours.

If your slowness is due to "Pooh-sized", what you can do is slide partway in, bring the bar down until it clicks once, and then slide under it. That does work.

I am large, and I have problems getting out of the "flat" bottomed rides -- notably Space Mountain and Splash Mountain. I think my center of gravity is in my butt.

I always feel I should mention that. If you have problems getting up after sitting on the floor, you might have problems exiting those two rides. Other than that ... no problems!

Just one note of caution for all adults riding with kids- if you ride a "spinning" ride where the centrifugal force will push you to the outside just make sure your little one is seated on the inside position. Other wise you will be straining against the force of the ride. I just reread this and have no idea if it makes sense. Have fun!
