We're going to WDW later this month - hooray! My little brother really wants to do the NFL experience at WWOS. I read that it's only open on certain days, but I can't find any info on which days. Anyone know?

Have any of you ever done it? How much time should we allocate to spending there?

Thanks for your help!

It's now called "The Multi-Sports Experience" because it now includes football, baseball, basketball, hockey, soccer and volleyball.

I've known kids who are bored after an hour, and I've known kids who could stay all day, so how long to allocate would depend on your son and how much he's really into the sports listed above.

As for hours ... it's generally open every day that events are scheduled at the Complex, so you do have to call and check. You mentioned you're going later this month, so it's likely that you'll find it open daily. The current schedule goes up to March 13, and the Experience is shown as open daily from 9am-5pm.

Does anybody know how to get more information about multi sports experience? (ie Web page or Site?) At what age are kids ost likely to enjoy it? My DS is 5 and loves flag football and basketball. Would this be something he might enjoy

I don't have a website, although you can probably read about it at disney.com. Here's some additional info...

Multi-Sports Experience

The Multi-Sports Experience is included in General Admission to the Sports Complex. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to sign a waiver.

The Multi-Sports Experience is an interactive sports playground that will challenge guests in an exhilarating variety of activities, encompassing many sports including football, baseball, basketball, hockey, soccer and volleyball.

At football camp, you will test your speed and agility as you make your way through an obstacle course for a timed score, attempt to kick the game winning field goal over the defensive line, and run an actual pass pattern while experiencing the speed and power of a pro quarterback pass. Move swiftly between the defense and receive the pass that could give your team the winning touchdown. At soccer camp, you will test your ball handling skills and participate in a pick-up game with your fellow athletes. Play half court street basketball at basketball camp. Choose from a standard 10-foot rim or an 8-foot high rim for smaller competitors.

In addition to training camp, you can go back to basics at the playground area, which includes a shaded picnic area.
