Wide Open West cable

I am looking to cut back on my cost of Cable and internet and phone and wonder how good Wide Open West is? I have a great offer, but want to be sure I am getting something that really works? Thanks

we had it. the tv reception was bad in my hood and they couldnt figure how to make the pixels stop breaking up. we kept the internet.

We've had them for about 8 years. Started out with cable and internet and added phone a couple of years ago. No complaints at all, their customer service is good. Both of my kids had comcast when they had apartments away at college and they had lots of issues, but we've never had any with wide open west.

I have Wide Open West and have never had any issues with them. The customer service is fast and friendly.
