They only just started advertising it in the media a few weeks back. Looks amazing! I don't go to many acts/musicals

I think they mean that it's being split into 2 parts. I think it's an odd choice too especially since the marketing is not doing a good job presenting the fact that this is only part 1 releasing.

I think that's where the intermission is in the stage play.

Personally, I think taking a 2 hour 30 minute show and creating two 2 hour movies (approx) is too much of a stretch.
