wicked strange question

ok so on my next trip im going to try the coral reef in epcot. and i have heard so much about the chocolate wave dessert so im hoping to get to try it (plus i went to johnson and wales for baking and pastry and i love trying new desserts). anyway i was looking on allearsnet.com and it says it has alcohol in it. my question is do they ID before you can get that? (im not going to be 21 on my next trip) or is it not enough to ID or is it baked off? haha sorry im sure some of you are probablly laughing but i just had to ask.

They won't id you. It's baked off for the most part.

Whenever alcohol is used in a "cooked" recipe....it's not really considered alcohol....it just gives flavor....so you should be fine ordering it! Enjoy!
