It is true that there are many reasons to sell, but I hope we shall not have to. We purchased OKW in '98, when our youngest child was 20, and our oldest had two children of her own. We have enjoyed many trips by ourselves and with all or some of our children and grandchildren or other family members. Because of financial and medical reasons we have not been to WDW in four years. This year I discovered that we could rent our points which is what I had to do

.
What concerns me from the DIS are the comments about maintenance and difficulty making reservations. I have never had a problem getting a res when I wanted it except once, but our second choice was available. We even get the location we want (I do have M.S. and can't climb a lot of stairs so I have the med. reason for a first floor at OKW). Have things really changed that much in four years? I am getting visions of everything falling apart, and all CMs being rude which was not the case in the past.
We are planning to go next May with our DS and his family. I want this to be the same as the magical trips we have had when we took our other grandchildren for their first time to WDW. Please tell me that I need not have nightmares over this!
