Why, Why...Why?

Sorry to hear that! We had ours keyed twice, both times when we were in Cleveland. It was so bad the 2nd time that the entire truck needed repainting. I guess it had something to do with the issue of us driving a Pittsburgh Steelers edition F150 ...........

.

Sorry to hear about your truck. Its the green eyes of envy coming out.

I actually had to de-lurk for this one! :laughing: If youre a disney cm in the orlando area, then yes, it is jealousy. 100% green eyed jealousy. people want what you have, and if they cant have it, they want to ruin it for you.

i was in my moms truck a few weeks ago and came out to a small round burn mark in the paint, we think someone put their cig out on it. why? no idea. :confused3

take it to the dealer, usually they can touch it up and it'll look as good as new! just dont have them buff it if they can help it, buffing=swirls. sorry this happened to you!

All over the hood so we know it wasn't an accident. That's just how twisted some people are.

Nancy :confused3

:eek::eek:
OP: glad you were able to get it fixed. Shame others are so pathetic to damage others' property! Safe driving!!:wizard:

4Nana: what beautiful PIX you have in your siggy!!:)

Wellll. . .one of my favorite things to tell people about drivers where I live is "the big truck drivers are mostly A-----e s-b's. I can say that because we have an F250 Crew Cab Diesel." I'm extremely careful to be a gracious driver when I take the truck, because most of the big truck drivers are such jerks (aggressive driving, tailgating, passing in no-passing zones, going 20+ over the limit etc.) . But I can easily see where someone might have a hatred of ALL folks with trucks and key them indiscriminately, as I'd say about 70% of the ones I meet on the road are blankety-blank-blanks

That's what I'd immediately think if our truck was keyed, anyway.

yah, I can see that. but it is not like that where I live. And not the truck I have! it is more of jealousy! ( or maybe it is because a girl drives it!) lo

I read a story of how some environmentalist was going around keying SUV's and pickups last year. Someone set up a camara and got a picture of the guy. The police published the picture and he got turned in.
