Just been to ASDA and you would think the world was ending :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

No parking spaces, queues out the door, nothing left on the shelves.

The roads are crazy around here.

Wonder what tomorrow is going to be like so glad i have finished, my crazyiness. All i have to do is my last shift tonight, then deliver family and friends presents tomorrow then it is relaxing time waiting for santa.

yep, same at Morrison's today, absolutley manic...I must be a mug doing the shopping in our house.
What really annoys me is I always get stuck in the aisle where people want to stop and talk

And to the woman who was smacking into the backs of my legs with her trolley before I even got in the store Merry Xmas!! - hope your foot isn't too sore from when I trod on it, an accident honest

Its the same in my area, perhaps they know something we don't. The shops open again on Boxing Day for goodness sake, why rush like a looney!

It's the annual Christmas seige mentality!! The shops round here only shut for 2 days - but you'd think we were all going to be holed-up for a fortnight. I must admit that I'd prefer not to be nipping out to the shops as soon as Boxing Day is over, but the mania in the supermarkets is quite worrying.

I think common sense goes out the window too :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

People leaving trolleys sidewards at the end of the aisle, deciding to have a chat when 300 people are trying to get past them, people walking slower than a snail.

At one time i had to stop and think calm down, chill, you will get past in half an hour :rotfl2:

The tills were just as bad, i had a basket mainly full of batteries, i forgot to write down what toys needed what, so i had to buy loads of each size and the price of the branded ones is a different story :rotfl2:

So i proceeded to go to the 10 or less aisle, and people were in front with trolleys just my luck.

Well I have just ventured back from Asda's myself and what should have taken me about 15 mins, took nearly 2 hours, I had to queue down the ailes to get to the tills, but I have finally finished, everything that's going to be bought has been, and I am now offically on my Christmas Break. :cheer2:

Until tomorrow when I realise that Im sure to have forgotten something ;)

The Christmas mania is the one downside of Christmas ~ I went to the Tesco near my work super early this morning. Now everything is bought and I can officially relax for a few days. Sitting here dising in my pjs waiting for DP to return from Pizza Hut with my lunch :teeth:

:rotfl2:
i think too many people have left christmas shopping to the last minute!
my mum went up to the co-op and we are in a fairly quiet place and it was mad!!
never seen so many people in one shop at one time!
:rotfl2:

i went to asda on wednesday at 6.00am and it was chocker blocker then!
i dont envy the people who have to go tommorow!!
