Why oh why oh why oh WHY do they have to smell so bad?

Brussel sprouts. Oh they are sooooo good but sooooooooo stinky. Had to open doors and windows so DH could come home and not pass out.

What's your favorite stinky food? LOL

Cabbage! I like to fry it up in olive oil, until little bits of it start to get crispy. Stinky, but tasty!

Dad and I liked liver more than anyone else in our house! My mom would put the range hood on high and all three of my sisters would still complain about the smell, eventhough they did not have to eat the liver. I hated the taste and smell of stuffed green peppers and my sisters loved them! So we had a fair trade off!

Apparently broccoli. My mother and DBF both arrived home at the same time last night, and my mother was mortified at the smell in the house when they walked in. At first she thought the septic tank overflowed or the dog had an "issue." Then she realized that I'd already cooked the broccoli...

Yep. Sometimes I forget and ask dh if he is to blame for the offending odor.

I have issues with odors. No cruciferous veggie may cross my threshhold. If DH wants to eat them then I'm sure some restaurant will be glad to accomodate him, but those things are not getting cooked in my house.

Another Brussel sprouts and broccoli fan here. My DD eats broccoli but not sprouts. My DS eats no veggies. They both hate when I cook them though.
