Why no park reservations for Nov 1-2

Not sure what is going on but all parks are filled for these two days. Does anyone know what is going on? I tried Annual Pass and Hotel Guest and both are booked

I know the 4th-7th is Wine & Dine weekend and I believe the 8th-12th is Jersey Week IDK about the 1st/2nd especially as it’s a Monday/Tuesday

In Northern Virginia, this is a 4-day weekend every year that bumpers into Election Day. Not sure if other districts in Va or other regional areas also have it off? (Especially if they need school space as polling areas.)

ETA: Before DD got into sports, this was a weekend we always tried to head to FL or SC

Nope, it’s the 4th and 5th, many off for election day so lots take that week off.

well than I guess those days track.... in 2019 Wine and Dine was the weekend leading into Jersey Week not out of it so I didn't put pieces together.... I guess now it makes sense that back in June when the race was officially announced as being live again (and Movies, French Quarter and Riverside had yet to announce and open) that the 'cheapest' rooms were $600+ a night for parking lot view at AKL
