I sent an email to MS asking a couple of questions and one of them was related to online reservations and account access. Here's what I was told:
"Regarding the website, changes are in planning. The first step will be account functionality, which we have been told should be in place by the end of the year. We always appreciate suggestions and have passed this on to our web site specialists."
So nothing new that we hadn't already heard. Been in planning for almost 5 years now, eh?
There's only a few more months until the end of the year, so I guess we'll see.
