I believe it's fairly complicated. It's like the number of years the recruiter's been out, to the number of previous recruits you've brought in divided by some other sub-factors. I'll have to dig around for my handbook and get back to you...

I LOVE how this thread was intended to draw lines and get US GAYS all in a tiff. Instead, we SO took charge and spun it around!! What people don't understand is this, we ARE family here. Doesn't matter where you put us, we will ALWAYS find eacother. We're from different places, have different financial situations, and we are of different colors. However, when we come HERE, be it by the Teen Board, the Camping Board or the Homophobe Board, it will NEVER change the fact that we ARE here and we ARE family!
