Why is there no Mickey embossed . . .

OK, so I never pay attention to "my" brand of TP because I just buy the same kind, year after year. But, I am at the Nature Conservancy today and just used their rest room. They have a neat flower embossed all over their TP. So that got me thinking. Why has no one (Disney or other) invented character embossed TP. Princesses, Winnie the Pooh, Villans, other? Hmmm. I'd buy it if it wasn't colored or perfumed.

Just keeping the magic alive.

That's exactly why Disney wouldn't do this. If it was marketed, I'd never be able to look at that character the same way ever again.

Exactly. What company would want a person wiping their @$$ with a corporate symbol that they've spent ump-teen million dollars promoting and protecting? If you made Mickey Mouse toilet paper I guarantee it would be used at Universal Studios. It's not subtle, but with every wipe one of their corporate guys would be smiling at the statement being made...

Glad at least MosMom got my Pooh pun.

But really, if you think about it, they do have soap with Mickey on it and I assume it is meant to wash all of our bits and pieces, right? So what's the difference?

The difference is washing vs. wiping. I don't know about anyone else, but I've never had Mickey soap... well, let's just say wherever the Mickey soap's been, it saw sunlight.

On a different note, I saw a bunch of different disney papertowels. There was Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, and Monsters Inc. I also saw Scooby Doo and Sesame Street. I know those 2 arent disney but interesting.

I saw them at Super Wal-mart. Actually I didn't see the Scooby there but at home when DF bought them. He thinks he got those also at Super Wal-mart. Not sure if they sell them at the regular Walmarts
