Now Here Comes The When,Where, And What..

Awesome :) What do you and your family enjoy the most about going to Disney?

Awesome :) What do you and your family enjoy the most about going to Disney?

Hi! We Enjoy Everything! :lmao: Honestly, We just love the "feeling" of being in Disney. It sure is one magical place ::yes::But our true joy, is watching our sons really enjoy Disney. They are very much into the characters, the rides and the monuments..The "Castle", The "Hat", The "Ball" and The "Tree" as they call them

Now Here Comes The When,Where, And What..

When: May 2014

Where: Disney's Boardwalk Villas ( Our DVC Home Resort :) )

What: We Will Be Visiting Magic Kingdom, Epcot & Hollywood Studios, Especially For...STAR WARS WEEKENDS!!:banana:

This Will Be Our First Time Attending Star Wars Weekends And I Cannot Begin To Express How Excited DS4 Is! When We Were At Hollywood Studios In November, DS Wanted To Do The JTA, Unfortunately When I Went To Sign Him Up, They Were Booked For The Day :( So I Know For Sure We Will Be Up & Out The Day Of Star Wars To Make Sure He Gets A Chance To Participate :) I've Been Following Along On The Star Wars Threads And I Can Honestly Say Those People Have Been So Helpful!! They Really Know What They Are Talking About And Can Give Some Great Advice On How To Make The Best Of Your Day. Because Of That Thread, I Was Made Aware That Disney Has Added The Symphony In The Stars Fireworks Show During Star Wars Weekends! ( So Excited For This! )

or Have Dinner At Hollywood & Vine With These "Characters"!!

Because Of The People On The Star Wars Thread, I Was Able To Snag A Ressie For Both Dining Experiences!:worship: Though I Must Admit, I Am Waiting To Hear The Reviews Because It's Going To Cost Quite A Penny To Do Both :faint: But All In All, My Boys Will Enjoy Them And That's What Matters :) So For The Moment(Notice I Said Moment Because I Am Always Adding Stuff To Our Plans :rotfl: ) We Have Everything Taken Care Of! Flights Are Booked, Rooms Booked, Ordered Our AP's(YAY We Are First Time AP Holders :woohoo: Since We Have 2 Trips Booked This Year) Booked Our 2 Dining Reservations..Well Actually 3 Since I Was Able To Get A FP+ At BOG, Ordered Our Magic Bands And Made Our Ride Fp+s. I Hope You Will Be Joining In On Our Fun-Filled Long Weekend. Until Then...:goodvibes

wow, that is the cutest/saddest picture ever :lmao:

So exciting to go for Star Wars weekend. I'd love to go but the rest of the family is not really into it. Actually our last trip we were in line for Star Tours and my DD said she was scared of the line. When I told here that this was just the Ewok village she asked me "Are they good guys or bad guys?" ... so obviously I am not doing a very good job.

Super excited for you that you got reservations for the Star Wards Character meals - they sound so much fun. Especially the Bad Guy one because well, it has the bad guys but also because it is in Sci Fi - the setting should be cool and maybe they will even show some of the Star Wars movies on the screen or something (maybe cut up to just show the Empire highlights, or re-cut to make it look like the Rebels lost :rotfl:)

Thank You! It wasn't even a "planned" picture. He just happened to have his hood up as he was walking in front of us. I was in awe as I was watching him walk to the magical express and thinking how cute it was! It took me a second to realize "I should really take a picture of this" :lmao:

Hi Everyone!:wave2: I hope you all had a great Holiday! :flower3: I have been penciling in our plans and am now re-penciling them in to accommodate the chance that my brother and his fiance will be joining us during our SWW :yay: Long story short..this is the brother that took me to disney for the first time( ) He also has been to Disney for SWW and LOVED IT! Their is 2 reasons why he MAY be joining us:

1: He hates hearing of our SWW plans and knowing he won't be there! :lmao: we torture eachother with picture texts, etc. when one of us is down there without the other and...

2. He just booked his WEDDING for our trip to Disney in December! :yay: :yay: So for that reason, they want to do some location viewing, etc.

Another note, my brother should be finding out today if he is able to join us in Disney!

36 Days!:cool1:

Hi, I am enjoying reading your PTR so far! My husband and I are going to be celebrating our 7th Anniversary in June, and are also going to be attending Star Wars Weekends! We are going to be there on the last weekend, I am excited to start my PTR. So I am really looking forward to see how you guys enjoyed it! I also booked the Feel The Force Package, I think it is a great thing to have! Your trip looks like it is going to be jam packed and full of excitement which is exactly how we like ours! Can't wait to read more!

Yay more fun!! Boo more money but it will be worth it and you won't have to stress over the parade and fireworks now which considering such a busy trip/day is totally worth it! :cool1:

I'm going the weekend before you and we're basically doing all the same events!!

It was funny, while I was reading your report I would think....ooh, I need to tell her about such and such event. Then I'd read your next update and be like yep, she booked it, she knows :lmao:

I really think all the dining events will be worth the cost.

We get what, 6+ characters with the breakfast? Darth Vader has huge lines normally of around an hour. Then you get bonus characters, Greedo and Jawas (don't forget to bring something to trade with them) and Boba Fett and others. We also get to eat in Sci Fi Drive In...which is like, the coolest Disney restaurant ever.

I mean, waiting for those characters would have to be about a two hour wait without the breakfast.

Then the VIP viewing experience...everyone on the SWW thread is saying to get a parade spot in the shade you have to wait about an hour and a half. This way, we have assigned viewing and get free drinks and snacks.

Who knows how early people will need to camp at spots for the fireworks. Once again, our spots are saved and we get SW cupcakes and an alcoholic beverage. Cheers to that.

We get what, 6 characters with the dinner? Chip and Dale (I expect their lines to be huge since they are new), Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Donald.

These paid events are going to be huge time savers!!

Welcome! :wave2: Congrats on 7 Years! Me and my husband will be at 6 years in December ;) I've never been to SWW before, but to me, it seems like this is definitely the year to start with all of these extra events!! I totally agree about the feel the force package. Believe me, we don't have a TON of money to dish out, but if it means that my sons will be able to really enjoy the parade and fireworks, it's worth every penny spent :)

Ah Yes, our Friday will be jam packed...shhh don't tell my husband that, he thinks this is going to be an easy short trip! ;):lmao:

Definitely a YAY for more fun! I am glad when everything is booked, but then I get bored not having to scout out additional things to do!:lmao: I am so sure it will be worth it, especially since we only have 1 full day to do SWW! :thumbsup2
