Why is the Plaza a TS resturant? What am I missing?

It's small which is why it's difficult to get an ADR. I agree that it's a nice option when you don't want a huge meal, but want to sit and relax a bit. There are not too many options at MK if you really stop and think about it, especially compared to Epcot.
