Sorry, I just need to vent here. Why is it everytime I go on the cruise line website it's down????? My DH just told me to look into a 4 day at the end of June -- in my warped mind this means "book us a cruise at the end of June". So, you understand my dilema of needing to book NOW before he changes his mind! But, I can't do that because the website's been down for about an hour! Can't really call because I'm at work :rolleyes1 (they tend to frown on those kind of things, especially since I'm going to probably use some sick time for this cruise). Can somebody sprinkle some pixie dust and make it work? In the meantime I've requested a quote from DU, but never done that before and not sure how long they take to get back to you??

As a software developer I'm always more critical of website issues, but I've also noticed the website is down at least once every day. Even normal maintenance scheduled at off hours like 3am doesn't need to be done daily. It is disappointing to constantly be experiencing the website down.

I got a quote from DU, several actually, and the responses have ranged from an hour to 24 hours.

i always find it funny whenever i ring DCL that the first option on the automated service (even before they ask if you want to BOOK!) is are you experiencing difficulties with the website!!!
says a lot about what they think about their website if thats the first question they ask!

good point

DCL needs a serious upgrade to their website. when the 2 new ships come you are going to have times when the 90 day and the 75 day will have 2 ships on the same day people getting ready to book their excursions, palo etc.
its bad enough with just one ship on booking day.

What's frustrating is it's down for more than an hour or 2 at a time. Now that it's 4:45 I'll just wait and try it again when I get home. If it's still down I'll just call to book. Just would have been much more convenient to do that from my computer at my desk....at work :rolleyes1

The site is working for me. I tried your search (4night june) with 2 adults and there is no availability. Their "no availability" message looks like an error. I've never understood why they say "There is an error" when it's just no availability. How is running out of rooms an "error". Seems like that is what they would want...
