Why is Sept. UY resale so hard to come by?

We have a September UY and are looking for an AKV resale contract and they are so hard to come by! On the TST there are only 2 I think and neither fit what we are looking for. On the opposite end, December UY is plentyful.....why is that?

We have Sept. UY . at AK and yes it was hard to find resales for that time. But stay with it, they will show up sooner or later.Good luck

I have april and that is harder to find. For Sept, my theory is that it may be less popular because people with kids either travel in the summer due to the school calendar or realize they at least may in the future. So if you planned a summer trip with a sept use year and had to cancel, you would be too late to bank the points.

No one knows why Disney sells the UY's like they do. At BLT they offered the same UY for several months and others for a very short time. I asked a couple of different Guides about it and they both told me that someone higher up makes the decision and they are told what's available without explanation.
